Featured Project: Single-Faced Corrugate

We have extensive experience manufacturing folding cartons that utilize single-faced corrugate process.

This process provides the strength and durability of corrugate in the most cost-effective manner possible. We first print the outer liner [or face sheet, which carries all of the graphics] and then laminate it directly onto the "flutes" [those wavy looking parts]. The key here is that the lamination process is done in a single pass as the flutes themselves are being formed.

The alternative process requires the printer to buy double-faced corrugate [already manufactured], print the outer liner [face] and then laminate it to the face liner of the corrugate material. Given that this process requires the use of pre-manufactured DOUBLE faced material, the cost of end product is much higher.
