Why does my Rollo skip?
Rollo is skipping labels or continuously feeding Print This behavior usually happens after you change your label type, size, or manufacturer. Please re-run the automatic label identification so Rollo can learn your label. Rollo will then move the label back and forth to learn the gap size and other label properties.
Why is my printer not printing on labels?
